The Picard

Sorta. Some kinda diplomat/politico. Much talking into/out of situations. All the leadership skills

Gambler spec? Basically sucks at everything but manages to blag it anyway. Sometimes.

Mandalorian maybe, basically going for an Astartes. Walking tank, shoots/hits stuff and takes a pounding but no subtlety.

Or the opposite of that. Real good at smashing stuff up but tries to avoid it.
